1. Can I order over the phone ?

Definitely! Just give us a call at 0777 29 2025. We’re here from 8:00AM – 5:00PM, but you can leave a message any time.

2. Which places do you delivery?

3. What is the minimum value for free delivery?”

Delivery within greater Colombo and its subs flat rate is 200LKR. Our outstation delivery minimum charge is 300LKR. but this will be changed according to the outstation delivery city.

4. Do you work on weekends and public holidays?”

we work on weekends, but we are closed public holidays.

5. Do you have order deadline?

All of the shinepetal product, the order deadline is one day before to the delivery date.

6. Can I order products to be delivered at a future date?

Yes, it’s possible. If you want to place your order future date please kindly select date that you are wanted.

7. What payment method can I use?
